Why four stars?

This is an amazing game but the only reason I gave it four stars because sometimes it lags and then stops the game completely and if I tap on something it doesnt go. I would like it if theyre was something more because after awhile you get bored. Please make it so you can buy characters with the points you earn on each station. Thank you!
